• Team:  Honour those not in the room, build the credibility of WRPS Board and employees, achieve goals;

• Accountability:  Meet obligations to legitimate authority, use resources to meet WRPS mission not for personal advantage;

• Continuous improvement:  Accurate analysis of current reality based on evidence, identification of realistic targets based on bench marking, aligned actions, assessment, repeat or move to a new area of focus:

• Loyalty:  When one has a problem with an individual go directly to that person and not to others and address the issue and if not resolved may go to the individual's supervisor, obligated to good-mouth what is praiseworthy.
