Green Certificate
The green Certificate program is delivered off campus and students may earn up to 16 credits towards graduation for successfully completing a Green Certificate Program. Students can register in any one of the nine specializations available and each specialization can be studied at three levels of increasing knowledge and proficiency. See the Off-campus coordinator in your school to register for the Green Certificate program.
The Green Certificate Program consists of eleven specializations.
- Beekeeping Technician
- Cow-Calf Beef Technician
- Dairy Technician
- Equine Technician
- Feedlot Technician
- Field Crop Technician
- Greenhouse Technician
- Irrigated Crop Technician
- Poultry Technician
- Sheep Technician
- Swine Technician
Prerequisite Course required:
Farm Safety (AGR 3000)
*Any student entering into a green certificate program is required to complete AGR 3000 prior to commencement of the program.
