Applications are invited for a Regular Full Time Administrative Services II position at West Central High School in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta. Start date will be May 15, 2023, working 7 hours / day, Monday to Friday.

Requirements: The preferred candidate will have a high school diploma, supplemented by a related one year secretarial or business program, with a minimum of three years experience in a school or office environment. Equivalencies will be considered. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent computer and public relations skills as well as the ability to work both independently and as an effective team member in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to candidates with prior school office experience and a background in finance.

The successful applicant will be required to provide original, satisfactory, and recent (within six months) Criminal Record and Intervention Record checks as a condition of employment.
