For HW Pickup School in Drayton Valley, Alberta
Applications are invited for a Temporary Part Time Grade 6 & 7 Language Arts and Social Studies Teacher.
HW Pickup School is looking for a Temporary Part Time Grade 6 & 7 Language Arts and Social Studies Teacher to work every second day opposite of a co-teacher. This position is expected to be approximately 0.5 FTE
Start date will be as soon as the successful candidate is able to.
H.W.Pickup High School is located in Drayton Valley, Alberta. They are committed to giving
each student the opportunity to succeed in a safe learning environment. H.W. Pickup strives to
prepare its students for lifelong learning and success. They have a population of approximately
450 students and a teaching staff of 25.
A complete package will include cover letter, resume, names and contact information for three
references and a copy of their Alberta teaching certification in a single Google or pdf document
is required.
The successful applicant will be required to provide an original, satisfactory, and recent (within six
months) Criminal Record with vulnerable sector check as a condition of employment.
