The WRSD Retirement & Long Service Celebration was held on Friday, June 9 in Drayton Valley. This special night recognizes and celebrates the time, passion and work our employees give to WRSD. This year's event recognized: 

• Two staff members for 35 years of service
• Twelve staff members for 25 years of service
• Eleven staff members for 20 years of service

We also recognized the exceptional work of our 15 retirees; Julie Andrew, Marielle Battersby, Bill Brown, Susan Campbell, Karen Denham, Jeni Gallichan, Brenda Geary-Dusterhoft, Grazyna Gilbertson, Kathleen Gordon, Joanne Lewis, Barb Lotnick, Rebecca Soppit, Pat Spruyt, Rita Steele and Wendy Von Hollen.
